Blizzard Saddle Bags

TOUGH RIDES NEED TOUGH LUGGAGE

Blizzard Saddle Bags feature an innovative shape, which will not restrict your movement while riding off road. If you lean to the rear during steep descents, the bags will not interfere with your calves. The bags will not get tangled in the scrub, since there are no unnecessary straps on the outside of the bags. Last but not least, they are made of our extremely durable 3-layer fabric, all straps are double stitched and the front straps’ buckles are good for up to 225kg.

LIGHT WEIGHT, TOUGH, WATERPROOF AND MODULAR

Blizzard Saddle Bags are waterproof without the need for covers or additional dry bag.

ADAPT IT TO YOUR NEEDS

Blizzard Saddle Bags are designed with a modular approach so you can easily adjust your pack for a tough enduro weekend in the mountains or a leisurely trip on your touring bike.

The underside of the saddlebags contain two compression straps can easily be converted into an interface to attach a Bottle Holster, Can Holster, XC Base Pack or a Fender Bag (size M or L only). This configuration will allow you to add 2 x 1.5 liter additional volume, 2 x 1 liter of fuel or a combination of both.

The top of the saddlebags includes placements to attach two more Bottle Holsters for fuel or water that can be used to increase the range of your trip.

The rear of your bike remains free to attach a Tornado 2 Pack Sack. If you are planning on going out into the wild, you can chose a Rally Pack or any XS Base Pack, in order not to limit your freedom of movement.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • how well will the blizzard saddle bags fit a 2021 suzuki DR650?

The Blizzad in S, M, L and XL fit the DR650 wonderfully!

  • Please give us a clue as to how these are sized. Where are the dimensions taken? How about a drawing with dimensions, or how H,W, L are measured. I don't know which of these will fit.

Hello Ken. All the specs are on our website: https://enduristan-usa.com/collections/saddle-bags/products/blizzard-saddle-bags

The length is the left to right dimension of the bag when it's lying down on a table (or on the side of your bike). The height is the distance from the bottom to the top (ground to the seat of your motorcycle), and the width is the thickness of the bag (how much it sticks out from the side of the bike.

The S, M, L all have the same footprint, what varies is the width/thickness. The XL Blizzard is a bigger bag in all three dimensions.

  • How well will these fit a 2022 Triumph Tiger 900/850?

They do, our Enduristan Costa Rica Dealer is a the Trumph distributor. You will want to use a Inferno Heat Sheild.

  • How well will the blizzard bags fit a 2023 Africa Twin base model and which size?

They all fit well, but dont get XL unless you need all that storage space.

  • Hello, do the XL bags work for a 2024 Yamaha tenere 700

    They fit well: https://www.perunmoto.com/blogs/blog/enduristan-blizzard-xl-on-yamaha-tenere-700

  • Hello there, will these fit the 2022 Honda CB500X? Would you recommend a heat shield for the exhaust side of the bike?

They should fit fine. Stay with a S-L, XL may be too big.

Mount them up high as you don't want them making contact with the tire. As long as you have 1-1.5" air gap to the exhaust in the fully loaded position, you should not need a heat sheild.

  • Hello, How much do each of the sizes of bags weigh, including all straps and hardware included for attaching them to the bike? Thanks!

    pounds

    LUSA-007-S Blizzard Saddle Bags - Small 3.4
    LUSA-007-M Blizzard Saddle Bags - Medium 3.8
    LUSA-007-L Blizzard Saddle Bags - Large 3.8
    LUSA-007-XL Blizzard Saddle Bags - X-Large 4.8

  • Can you attach a small (6L) XS Base Pack to the compression strap location at the bottom of the XL Blizzard bags?

    Yes!

  • Where are these bags manufactured

Good day., Enduristan has manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China. 98+% of radio frequency welded fabrics/bags are made in China as that is really the only place on earth with the capability to do so.

FIRST TIME BUYER

I am a first time buyer to this brand, boy am I impressed with the design and build quality, I can't wait to see how the gear fits on my KTM 690 adventure - Sooo Excited !!!

Form & Function

Purchased XL Blizzard & Tornado 2M for RTW travel setup KTM 500 EXC. To be fair quite a bit of fiddling with the adjusting straps was required before I felt satisfied but once done the setup fits like a glove with a low profile for both the top & side bags. Piece of mind and protecting your belongings from opportunistic thievery while solo traveling is mitigated with the bags provisional use of Steel Core straps. The ability to secure and lock down my luggage before I start riding allows me to walk away from the bike for reasonably short periods of time without fear of random violation of my personal property. I didn’t care for the extra purchase I had to make for the sneaky SHOULDER STRAP up-charge for the TORNADO duffle bag. A shoulder strap is not optional for a duffel bag DUH! I do own a few different sets of ROK Straps but I am glad that I purchased a set of the Enduristan spec straps because they do add some features that the regular straps don’t offer and they did make the mounting process a bit more convenient. The XL size & shape of the Blizzards along with the 25 liter Tornado allows for a comfortable pack weight of 18kg/40lbs which should minimally effect gnarly off road riding. The three bag combination of my setup also has room to spare for groceries & whatever else I might happen to pickup along the way.
